SOUTH PUGET SOUND CHAPTER PRAYER ITEMS - February 2010

OUR CHAPTER:
God’s favor, blessing and God’s Hand on all that we do and  that our efforts are not for vain glory, but to bring Him honor and glory and make a difference in the life of even one woman or child
That we will be still and know that He is God and that we will stop and listen to His still, quiet voice
That we seek FIRST His kingdom and His righteousness
Continued unity and wisdom
Continued blessed dynamics amongst our Chapter
Protection from the evil one who lurks about trying to destroy
Praise for our AMAZING Retreat
That we will continue to have the vision to GO BIG for Jesus in all that we do
For spiritual growth and renewal daily as we continue to pray God’s Word according to what we learned from Beth Moore’s book at our retreat
God’s protection, health, blessings on each of our partners and their families and friends
Heart of the Matter studies will begin soon in Federal Way, Gig Harbor and Puyallup

INTERNATIONAL
Ethiopian WOV Trip - Cindy Brielh and Charlotte Chapter Team Spiritual renewal of the team as they experience God’s presence
Human Trafficking
Pray for the Vancouver Olympics this month against any form of human trafficking that may be planned
Ten people will sign up for 10 seats at Julie’s table at the International Justice Mission Dinner in Seattle on March 9th
Cambodia Project - $15,000 funds will be raised; ADP representative from Washington state will brief us at a spring Partnership Meeting
Haiti: Children misplaced and orphaned; Pray for Rich Stearns, President of WV and all WV staff in Haiti and coordinating the Haiti efforts; WV employees area in Florida to assist with the efforts there.

NATIONAL:
Women of Vision Conference in Washington D.C., March 7-10
Remember Cindy Brielh, WOV Director daily for Protection from the enemy in the battlefield of her mind, Health, rest and restoration time in balance with directing this event, time with family and friends as she works so hard to get this up and running, Wisdom as she plans and discusses details, Courage to use her creativity to think out-side-the-box which she is so good at; Unity amongst all women involved whether planning, coordinating, and/or attending; God’s favor and His Hand on all aspects of this event; Pray that we will make an impact against darkness in Washington DC; More attendees; that all details will come together as so many ladies Nationwide are coordinating efforts; Our Lynn Arvisais with WV Speakers Bureau who has numerous responsibilities before, during and after the conference

Appalachian Project: Pray that we will raise the $10,000 we have pledged; Pray that members for SPS will be able to go to the project in July as a team of 10 or more to assist the project workers

America: Pray that Americans will humble themselves and pray so God can heal our land; Pray for President Obama and Congress; Pray for our State and local government; Pray for our local church leaders and churches

Tacoma: Our meeting on Wed. 2/10/10 that all is accomplished; Blessed relationship building activities with the women and children; We will be God’s Hands extended to bring hope and encouragement to staff and clients; Set calendar of events and activities

"Discover Your Vision” Event with Margaret Becker (Maggie B.) 2/25/10 for God’s favor; All parts create a supernatural whole that brings blessing, encouragement, and spiritual growth; Maggie B. will be blessed and God will multiply back to her as she is freely giving to us; That we will be a blessing to Maggie B.; That God will have the people that he wants to attend—even the unsaved who might find Jesus; More Partners as a result of this event; More Child Sponsors as a result of this event; Increased SPS footprint in the community
